Drawing from Hatha and Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, myofascial release, sound, poetry, seasonal wisdom, and ritual, she weaves practices that invite people to slow down, soften, and remember what is already whole within them.

Her classes are less about achieving and more about arriving. Through thoughtful sequencing, evocative imagery, and spacious guidance, she creates environments where rest is not an afterthought but a sacred practice in itself.
