Booking details & key information

To help you plan with clarity, we’ve outlined the key details for each event type below, from bookings and payments through to what to expect on the day.

These summaries are designed as a guide only. We recommend reviewing our full Terms of Trade for complete details, as they form part of your booking and will need to be accepted when confirming your event.

FULL TERMS OF TRADE

Summary of Corporate & Private Event Booking Terms

Whether you’re hosting a team gathering, client event or private celebration, our focus is on delivering an experience that feels effortless, considered and memorable.

Quick summary:
  • A deposit is required to secure your date

  • 50% payment required for near-term bookings

  • Final balance due before your event

  • Final numbers confirmed 7 days prior

  • Additional costs settled on or after the event

Booking & planning

Your event is confirmed once your deposit or initial payment is received.

We’ll work with you to finalise your event details, including schedule, menu, guest numbers and any activities.

  • To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Event details are confirmed at least two weeks prior

  • Final guest numbers are confirmed one week prior

  • Late changes may incur additional costs

Payments
  • Bookings more than 3 months in advance require a deposit of $500.00 plus GST

  • Bookings within 3 months require 50% payment to confirm

  • The remaining balance must be paid before your event

  • Any additional costs may be settled on the day or invoiced after

On the day
  • Our team will manage the full delivery of your event, from arrival through to departure.

  • Events run to a pre-agreed schedule

  • A contact person should be available during the event

  • Responsible service of alcohol is always maintained

Venue & guest considerations
  • External catering is not permitted

  • Guests are expected to respect the venue and surroundings

  • Any damage to property may incur charges

Transport
  • Guest transport is arranged as part of your event.

  • Private vehicles are not permitted due to access conditions, ensuring a safe and seamless experience.

Cancellations
  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • If your event is impacted by factors outside of our control, we will work with you to reschedule where possible.
