To help you plan with clarity, we’ve outlined the key details for each event type below, from bookings and payments through to what to expect on the day.

These summaries are designed as a guide only. We recommend reviewing our full Terms of Trade for complete details, as they form part of your booking and will need to be accepted when confirming your event.

FULL TERMS OF TRADE

Summary of Corporate & Private Event Booking Terms

Whether you’re hosting a team gathering, client event or private celebration, our focus is on delivering an experience that feels effortless, considered and memorable.

A deposit is required to secure your date
50% payment required for near-term bookings
Final balance due before your event

Booking & planning

Your event is confirmed once your deposit or initial payment is received.

We’ll work with you to finalise your event details, including schedule, menu, guest numbers and any activities.

To ensure smooth delivery:
Event details are confirmed at least two weeks prior
Final guest numbers are confirmed one week prior
Late changes may incur additional costs

Payments

Bookings more than 3 months in advance require a deposit of $500.00 plus GST
Bookings within 3 months require 50% payment to confirm
The remaining balance must be paid before your event
Any additional costs may be settled on the day or invoiced after

On the day

Our team will manage the full delivery of your event, from arrival through to departure.
Events run to a pre-agreed schedule
A contact person should be available during the event
Responsible service of alcohol is always maintained

Venue & guest considerations

External catering is not permitted
Guests are expected to respect the venue and surroundings
Any damage to property may incur charges

Transport

Guest transport is arranged as part of your event.
Private vehicles are not permitted due to access conditions, ensuring a safe and seamless experience.

Cancellations

Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
If your event is impacted by factors outside of our control, we will work with you to reschedule where possible.

Summary of Wedding Booking Terms

Your wedding is a deeply personal celebration, and every detail matters.

Our approach is designed to feel seamless and supportive from the moment you secure your date through to the final moments of your day.

A $1,000 deposit secures your wedding date
Venue hire is invoiced 6 months prior
Final balance is due before your wedding
Final guest numbers are confirmed 7 days prior
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

Booking & planning

Your wedding is confirmed once your deposit is received and your proposal is accepted.

In the months leading up to your day, we’ll work closely with you to finalise your run sheet, menu, styling and guest experience.

To ensure everything runs seamlessly:

Event details are confirmed at least two weeks prior
Final guest numbers are confirmed one week prior
Late changes may not always be possible and can incur additional costs

Payments

A non-refundable $1,000 deposit secures your date
Venue hire is invoiced 6 months prior to your wedding
The remaining balance is invoiced 14 days prior and must be paid before your event
Any additional costs (such as bar tabs) are invoiced after your wedding

On the day

Our team manages the full set-up, service and pack-down, allowing you to be fully present.

To support a seamless experience:

Your event will follow a pre-agreed run sheet
Responsible service of alcohol is always upheld
A nominated contact person should be available if needed

Venue & guest considerations

External catering is not permitted
Certain materials (including confetti and rose petals) are restricted
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only
Children must be supervised at all times

Transport

Due to our location, guest transport is arranged for all weddings.
Private vehicles are not permitted on-site, ensuring a smooth and consistent guest experience.

Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, as your date is reserved exclusively for you.
If your wedding is impacted by circumstances outside of our control, we will work with you to reschedule where possible.

Ticketed Event Booking Terms

If your plans change, we will gladly transfer your booking to a future event. Should a suitable date not be available, a full refund will be offered.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable, as menus and provisions will have already been confirmed.

We are pleased to accommodate all dietary requirements, provided these are shared with us at least 48 hours prior.

Each event requires a minimum number of guests to proceed. In the unlikely event this is not met, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative date.
