Guided by Eva Duric, a yoga teacher, coach, and lifelong student of the body, breath, and the living earth, the experience unfolds gently. With roots in Ashtanga and Terra Soma® Yoga, Eva’s approach is quiet and intuitive, offering a practice that feels like meditation in motion.

Together, you will move through breathwork, mindful movement, and stillness, reconnecting with the rhythm of your body and the grounding presence of Papatūānuku. Held between sky, sea, and land, this is a moment to listen more closely and to return to your own inner authority.
