That’s why Boomrock and Mercedes-Benz are offering tomorrow’s leaders the opportunity to take the driver’s seat. The Boomrock Mercedes-Benz Youth Development Programme marks another innovation in the relationship between Boomrock and Mercedes-Benz.

Testing limits, extending boundaries
Under the watchful guidance of our professional drivers, participants take charge of the latest model Mercedes-Benz vehicles. This activity is a strictly controlled challenge, which tests mental and physical dexterity and is balanced with excitement and thrill.

The driving challenge on our private, purpose-built car testing circuit is one cornerstone of the multi-faceted programme. Other activities include 4WD tuition, extreme golf, supervised clay-target shooting, and life skills mentoring sessions-, all enhancing team participation and cooperation. The programme arms participants with a range of emotional, physical, commercial and experiential skills. Part of this is the injection of responsibility, leadership, the physical act of doing and the presentation of sound concepts, which are a perfect springboard for their performance in life.

The programme is an outstanding way of enhancing driver safety and risk management, as well as touching on important life skills whilst having the time of your life.

Driver Safety
The programme illustrates the advanced safety features of the cars, including ABS braking and ESP traction control, under the supervision of our professional drivers. You will also learn practical skills with an introduction to vehicle maintenance, and experience vivid live demonstrations on the circuit and 4X4 terrain park.

Life Skills
An insight into the Boomrock brand and its business development through entrepreneurship, networking, partnerships, leverage and diversification. Competition and teamwork are also key components through the day.
