Go Platinum with Boomrock & Mt Ruapehu

1. The back country tour is subject to weather conditions
2. Accommodation at Powderhorn Chateau is subject to availability and must be booked in advance
3. Entrants of the competition must be New Zealand residents
4. The prize is not date transferrable or exchangeable.
5. Entrants and competition participants must be 18 years & over
6. Drivers must hold a full New Zealand drivers licence and sign an insurance form & waiver prior to driving the BMW vehicles
7. Entries must be received by midnight on Sunday 16 September 2012 to be valid and must be made in the manner in which described
8. Winners will be drawn and announced on Monday 17 September 2012 from Boomrock Lodge LTD
9. One entry per person via each entry mechanism.
10. All entries but be completed in full to be valid either by completing the full required fields at www.boomrock.co.nz or by entering via Facebook Application and completing required fields.
11. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database, NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant
12. Winner will be notified by email within 2 working days of the draw or phone if provided, return of the prize notification or failure to respond to this email within 5 days will result in disqualification and  the competition will be re-drawn.
13. Proof of emailing cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Boomrock Lodge Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
14. Should the winner be unable to redeem their prize due to unforeseen circumstances or prior engagements, Boomrock Lodge Ltd has the right to select an alternative winner
15. Boomrock Lodge Ltd has the right to terminate or alter the competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the competition notice on the website or within these terms & conditions.
16. Entry into competition consents to have your email address added to both the Boomrock Lodge Ltd & Mt Ruapehu Ltd e newsletter databases
17. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Boomrock Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
18. The Competitors names, photographs and audiovisual recordings of the Competitors may be used for publicity purposes in all media by Boomrock Lodge Ltd
19. All taxes, insurances, flights/travel expenses to Wellington city, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses, upgrades, etc) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner
20. Boomrock Lodge Ltd will provide return transfers from Wellington City/Airport to Boomrock. Any transport outside of these requirements are the sole responsibility of the prize winner
21. Employees of Boomrock Lodge Ltd, members of their families or households are not eligible to enter the Competition. Boomrock Lodge Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants
22. The winners acknowledge that Boomrock Lodge Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage or illness or injury, which may occur as a result of the winners winning the prize. The winner accepts and uses the prize at his or her own risk
23. The winners acknowledge that Boomrock Lodge Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any prizes being sent to incorrect email addresses.  Boomrock Lodge Ltd uses what is confirmed via email from the prize winner
24. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, Competition Notice, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Boomrock Lodge Ltd shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into
