Enjoy all things Spanish: tapas, paella and of course Sangria. Guest chef Ian Hornblow whips up a Latin
storm in his famous giant paella pan. Resident chef
Mark Hartstonge joins him in creating a stunning tapas lunch made with the best our local producers have to offer. Match this with six drinks including Cava, Sangria & sherry. Coach transfers to and from Boomrock Lodge are provided.
